British Land is one of the UK's largest property companies, managing a portfolio that includes Canada Water, Paddington Central, Broadgate, and Regent's Place — all significant London destinations with active events and marketing programmes that require regular, high-quality content production.
Vivid Squad has provided production support across multiple projects at British Land — event documentation, drone coverage, commercial photography, and interview filming. Working with a client of this scale requires the ability to operate within corporate brand guidelines, coordinate with on-site estate teams, and deliver content across multiple formats and channels simultaneously.
The Canada Water Boardwalk launch in November 2024 was a flagship production — a landmark opening event requiring drone footage, a multi-format highlight film, portrait social reels, and full event photography, all delivered to British Land's channels within agreed timescales.
