Brief

The Founding — an art curation business — hosted an exclusive evening event with co-hosts JLL and Savills, bringing together an audience of property professionals and art collectors for talks on selecting art for the home and building a collection. Vivid Squad was commissioned to film the event and produce social media reels that captured the atmosphere and content of the evening.

The brief was to create polished, shareable social content from a corporate networking event — the kind of evening that looks impressive on camera when covered well, and forgettable when it isn't. With JLL and Savills as co-hosts, the visual quality of the content needed to reflect the calibre of the room.

About the Project

Events like this are where production quality makes the most obvious difference. A corporate networking evening with high-profile co-hosts represents a significant brand moment — the content produced from it will be seen by the professional networks of everyone in the room, and by prospective clients who weren't there.

Rosie Glenn of Rosie Glenn Art UK and local contemporary painter Melanie Comber were the evening's speakers, offering accessible, practical insights on art collecting and selection. The resulting reels were built to work on LinkedIn and Instagram — short enough to watch fully, specific enough to communicate the event's content rather than just its existence.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you cover corporate networking events and private business events in London?

Yes — corporate event coverage for professional services, property, and business clients is a significant part of our work. We've worked with clients in partnership with JLL, Savills, British Land, and other major names. The brief is usually the same: produce content from the event that reflects the quality of the occasion and works across the client's digital channels.

What's the difference between event documentation and social media reels?

Event documentation is comprehensive coverage — a record of everything that happened, structured as a highlight film. Social media reels are built for specific platforms: fast-paced, visually led, and edited to hold attention in the first two seconds. We often produce both from the same shoot, adapting the same footage into formats that work for different purposes.
