Events we photograph
Brand activations and campaigns
Interactive installations, pop-ups and experiential campaigns, photographed as action, hero and lifestyle imagery. For British Land's Lifesize London we covered the same campaign across three campuses, keeping the look consistent while letting each estate's character come through.
Property and venue launches
For a residential or venue launch, the building is as much the subject as the guests. At Lendlease's Arbour Heights launch we photographed arrivals, speeches, show-home tours and the views across Elephant Park, giving the sales team images that prove the place is finished and lived in.
Festivals, markets and public events
Large outdoor events on managed London estates: Round the Dock and the Craft & Flea markets at Canada Water, Turning Tides and Lunar New Year at Greenwich Peninsula, and Bartholomew Fair at Broadgate Circle. We capture the wide crowd shots, the performers and the candid moments in between.
Trade shows and exhibitions
Stand and show-floor coverage at ExCeL London and Olympia London, including HRC and 100% Design, where the light is mixed, the floor is busy and the useful moments happen constantly.
See Conference Photography →Corporate evenings and networking events
Talks, networking and hosted evenings, such as The Founding's art curation evening co-hosted by JLL and Savills, and the Canada Water property networking evening. Discreet coverage that respects guests who are there to do business.

How we work on the day
- 1
Brief and shot list. We agree the key moments with you in advance — speeches, ceremonies, reveals, VIP arrivals — so nothing that happens once is missed. At Arbour Heights, the Kagami Biraki ceremony was covered by photo and video at the same time because it only happened once.
- 2
Permits, RAMS and consent. On managed London estates we submit Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) and permit applications to estate management before the shoot, and manage consent forms for identifiable members of the public in line with GDPR.
- 3
Unobtrusive coverage. We blend candid documentary coverage with directed group and formal shots where the brief needs them.
- 4
Fast delivery. Edited galleries in 5–10 business days as standard. For live campaigns we've delivered within 48 hours so content can be published while the event is still running.

- How quickly will we receive the photos?

- Recent work includes Broadgate Circle, Paddington Central, Regent's Place, Canada Water, Greenwich Peninsula, Elephant Park, ExCeL London, Olympia London and the Brunel Museum.

- Yes. We covered all three days of Bartholomew Fair at Broadgate Circle, and multiple dates of Round the Dock, Canada Water's six-week summer festival.
- Do you cover events outside London?
