The quality of an interview video is determined before filming starts. Set design, lighting, audio, and backdrop choice all shape whether an interview looks polished or amateur — regardless of how good the content is. We handle every technical element so the subject can focus on what they're saying.
We've filmed executive interviews for British Land — thought leadership content, employer branding interviews, and project documentation with senior stakeholders. Not every executive is comfortable on camera; part of our job is making the process comfortable enough that the performance takes care of itself.
We film at your office, a location of your choosing, or can arrange a studio. For office-based shoots, a meeting room, a clean office corner, or a reception area can all produce broadcast-quality results with the right lighting and a professional backdrop setup.
Location & setup
We arrive 45–60 minutes before filming to set lighting, audio, and backdrop. You and your subject arrive to a ready set.

Filming

- Do you film on location or in a studio?
- Both. We film at your office, a location of your choice, or we can arrange a studio. We'll advise on the best setup for the tone and purpose of the interview.
- Do you provide an autocue / teleprompter?
- Yes — we can provide a teleprompter for interviews where scripted delivery is required. We can also coach interviewees to speak naturally to camera without one.
- How long does an interview shoot take?
- A typical single-subject interview shoot takes 2–4 hours on location, including setup, filming, and breakdown. Multi-subject shoots are scoped per project.
- What does the edited interview look like?
- We deliver a clean, colour-graded interview edit with professional audio. We can also provide cut-down versions for LinkedIn, social media, and internal platforms.
- How do you handle nervous or camera-shy subjects?
- Very carefully, and with patience. Most people aren't comfortable on camera — that's normal and not a problem. We walk subjects through the process before filming, keep the set relaxed, run through questions informally before going on camera, and often start with easier questions to settle nerves. We take multiple takes of key moments and will always find a version that works. If a subject needs a teleprompter, we provide one.
- What format is best for LinkedIn and social media?
- For LinkedIn, a 1–3 minute landscape video performs well for thought leadership and executive interviews. Short-form 30–60 second vertical clips (9:16) work well for LinkedIn mobile, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. We produce both from the same shoot day, so you have content across formats without any additional filming time. We recommend planning for both landscape and portrait from the outset so the shoot is framed to work in each format.
