Client Showcase

Greenwich Peninsula

Vivid Squad is the primary on-site production team for Greenwich Peninsula — covering events across the estate throughout the year. Lunar New Year, the Urban Village Fete, Parkrun, summer festivals, live music, and cultural activations. One team that knows the venue, the brief, and the brand.

The Partnership

London SE10's flagship estate — covered year-round

Greenwich Peninsula is one of London's most ambitious regeneration projects — a 153-acre mixed-use estate on the south bank of the Thames developed by Knight Dragon, home to thousands of residents, the O2 arena, NOW Gallery, and an active calendar of public events that runs throughout the year.

Vivid Squad has covered Greenwich Peninsula across multiple years of programming — building a level of familiarity with the estate, its sightlines, its community, and its content needs that makes every production more efficient and more consistent. We know where the light lands, how the crowds move, and what the client needs from each event.

That knowledge compounds over time. Returning for Lunar New Year for the second and third consecutive year means we arrive with pre-planned positions, a tested crew configuration, and an established relationship with the on-site events team — so we can focus entirely on production quality rather than logistics.

Why It Works

The value of a team that knows your venue

Most event production briefs are built around logistics — where to be, when to be there, what to capture. When a production team has covered the same estate across multiple years, that overhead disappears. We already know the answers.

For Greenwich Peninsula, this means we can focus entirely on creative quality. The first year we covered Lunar New Year, we were learning the space in real time. By the third year, we were arriving with pre-planned positions, a tested crew configuration, and institutional knowledge of what the client values in the edit. The footage gets better every year because the logistics are already solved.

If you run regular events at a venue and you're currently briefing a different crew each time, you're paying a coordination tax that compounds across every production. We build long-term relationships with event clients in London because it's better for the content — and more efficient for everyone involved.
