Client Story

Greenwich Peninsula — an ongoing production partnership

We have been the production partner for Greenwich Peninsula across multiple years and multiple events — Lunar New Year, Urban Village Fete, Summer Festivals, Parkrun, and more. That kind of long-term relationship is built on one thing: showing up, delivering to brief, and making the post-event content as strong as the event itself.

Greenwich Peninsula hosts some of London's most distinctive community events. We cover them with video, photography and social content — often combining formats under a single brief to give their team everything they need for press, social and archive use.

How We Work

Brief us early. We handle the rest.

Event production works best when we are briefed early — before the event schedule is locked, not after. We use the pre-production phase to identify the key moments worth covering, plan crew positions, agree turnaround timelines and make sure nothing important is missed on the day.

On the day, we operate with minimal disruption. We are experienced working around live audiences, performers, speakers and venue restrictions. After the event, edited content is delivered to the agreed timeline — whether that is same-day social cuts or a full highlight film within the week.

01

Brief & planning

Share your event schedule, key moments, deliverables and any brand guidelines. We ask the right questions early so nothing is left to chance on the day.

02

Pre-production

We confirm crew, formats, kit and timing. For drone coverage, we handle airspace and permissions at this stage.

03

Event day

We cover the event — reactive, professional and unobtrusive. For combined photo and video briefs, both are coordinated from a single point of contact.

04

Delivery

Content delivered to the agreed timeline and format. Social-ready cuts, full gallery, highlight film — or all three.

FAQ

Questions about event production

Do you cover events outside London?
Yes — we travel nationally for events. London is our primary base but we are available across the UK for the right project. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed upfront.
Can you provide photography and videography at the same event?
Yes — and this is how we typically work for larger events. Providing both from one crew under one brief means consistent visual style, coordinated coverage and a single delivery. It is also more efficient than managing separate suppliers.
How quickly can you deliver event content after the day?
Social-ready content can be turned around same day or next day for urgent use. Full edited highlight films and photography galleries are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. We agree turnaround at the briefing stage so you can plan your post-event communications.
Do you work directly with brands or through event agencies?
Both. We work directly with brand and marketing teams as well as with events agencies producing on behalf of their clients. For agency work, we are comfortable operating as a production partner — adapting to your production process and working to your client's brief.
What do you need from us before an event?
A clear brief covering the event schedule, key moments to capture, priority deliverables and any brand or usage guidelines. For larger events we will request a site visit or detailed venue plan. The more context we have in advance, the better the coverage on the day.
Can you provide drone coverage at events?
Yes, subject to location and permissions. Outdoor events are often well-suited to drone coverage — we assess the airspace and venue restrictions during pre-production and confirm feasibility before the shoot day. See our drone videography page for more detail.
