We work with freelancers across all areas of production. Whether you shoot, edit, or fly, if you're professional, reliable and produce strong work — we want to hear from you.

Freelance Videographer

Corporate events, brand activations, multi-camera shoots and highlight films. Comfortable operating solo or as part of a larger crew.

Freelance Photographer

Event coverage, commercial shoots, headshots, and brand photography. Fast, reliable delivery to a high standard.

Video Editor

Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Colour grading, sound design, and social cut-downs. Fast turnaround on event and corporate content.

Drone Operator

CAA A2 CofC or PDRA-01 certified. Used on events, location scouts and commercial campaigns. Must hold valid insurance.

Common questions

Do you offer full-time or employed positions?

We currently work with freelancers and contractors rather than offering full-time employment. That said, we have a small core team and we build long-term working relationships with our collaborators. If that changes in future, we'll post it here first.

What kit do I need to bring?

We expect freelancers to arrive with their own professional kit suitable for the role. For videographers, that means a capable camera body, lenses, and audio. We can provide additional equipment on larger productions if needed — just flag it upfront.

How quickly will I hear back?

We review every application. If there's a strong match, we'll be in touch within two weeks. We'll always reply — even if it's not the right time.

I'm just starting out — should I still apply?

If your portfolio shows strong potential, absolutely. We've brought people on at earlier stages of their career and they've grown with us. Be honest about your experience level and let your work speak for itself.
